Night Trek - Kunti Betta
Bengaluru city not only provides for party goers, people wanting to relax in resorts but also for people wanting to have weekend outings. There are many hills, waterfalls and historic places around. A days journey can be covered in the radius of 150kms around the city. Recently there has been a change in the entry for the trekking in many places. More information can be found here (night trekking is not allowed in most places near Bangalore due to safety reasons). We began the trip from Nayanadanahalli, Bangalore with the preparation. We packed fast food, tents and some card games. Since we had to spend a night at the peak. Our main leg of the travel was on the train from Bangalore to Pandavapura . It took us an hours journey to pandavapura in a passenger train. An auto-rickshaw ride to Kunti Betta from there is the best option.
